MJR is aware of a recent media report containing allegations regarding a 2023 business transaction. MJR takes these matters seriously but wishes to clarify that the allegations in the article dated 3/26/2026 do not reflect all the facts.
MJR stands by the integrity of its operations and are fully cooperating with relevant authorities to address this. This company has done many jobs since it started in 2021 without issue and that is a fact that was largely ignored.
MJR believes in transparency, but also respects the privacy of those that have worked or still work with MJR so we will not address anything publicly.
