The Paradise Ridge refresh project in Moscow, ID, wrapped up last week, with the new owners moving in. It’s been incredibly rewarding to complete the transformation—stripping walls, repairing drywall, retexturing the entire house, ceilings and walls, installing new carpet, refinishing hardwood floors, adding LVP where needed, revitalizing all-natural wood molding, doors and trim, painting kitchen cabinets, adding new hardware, replacing every electrical fixture, and remodeling the master bath.

Latest project: Pre-list house refresh in Pullman, WA.

This house had a lot of unfinished homeowner updates from unfinished painting in a color palette which made the house cold and dark, trimwork that wasn’t install properly, drywall “fixes” that weren’t done properly, out dated bathrooms, dated kitchen cabinets but with new quartz countertops, mix match of electrical outlets/switches etc. We repainted the whole house in a fresh bright color, installed new trim throughout out house in a craftsman style, painted all the doors, painted the kitchen cabinets, installed all new electrical outlets/switches, reset doors to shut properly, installed barndoor to make another room into a bonus/rec/bedroom, installed new minisplit, remodeled master bathroom and secondary bathroom, installed new carpet in master, new master closet system and door, new door hardware, cleaned up the yard and driveway and more.

Bathroom remodels has been popular this year. Just wrapped up our latest full tear out to studs. Found extra space behind vanity wall to expand room to add in 12+ more square feet! Amazing tile work from the floor to a unique herringbone wall mural.

Another bathroom remodel completed. Four days total to demo, level the uneven floor, install new bathroom fan, wire in vanity light, sheet rock, skim walls to level 3, texture walls, prime, paint, install new vanity, lights and trim out.
