One of my most dear projects!!

Love this old building!

Presenting to you the Lewis Clark Hotel Series of projects we had the honor of working on!! 1 of many to come!

I was going to just shut this page down but Before a switch this page off I want to post a bunch of projects we did for Mark Alexander's, Alexander Investors, DBA Landmark Property Group LLC's Properties.

I had the honor of working with Mark for almost decade and it was an amazing ride with great challenges and lots of hard work!! I have learn so much in the commercial industry and in historic preservation.

Here I present the new hallways to the new Brides and Grooms rooms! We reclaimed the 100+ year old crown molding trim from the upper stairs and installed it with LEDs to help with low ceilings under the mezzanine that housed the original linens room where they stored and fixed all the lines when it was a hotel. Bert & Nate Harrington lead the way!!

This was a KILLER PROJECT!!! This is the new entrances hallways to the Bride's & Grooms area of the Historic Lewis Clark Hotel. I have had a personal love affair with this building for about 7 years now. The white lit trim is the 100 Year old tirm we captured from the upper floors and reused on the main floor! After many hours if sanding and painting!!! We wrapped every incove and 4Js Electric installed LEDs to back light and showcase the trim.

TURNED OUT STUNNING!!! Check it out at the Crystal & Twigs Bridal Fair coming up!!!!

Landmarks Crew worked 12-14 hours a day to keep all the properties in best condition possible. As I look around and drive through Beautiful Historic Downtown I only see a few with perfect sidewalks and cleared parking areas...All of Landmark are, we do have some odd ends to catch still.
