Finished this one up in Carlisle. A little more than we anticipated. Removing a wall between dining room and kitchen. Wall ended up carrying a lot of wiring, HVAC, matching up ceilings, and blending in a floor. This one was a little tricky. Side note, Southside Deli in Carlisle in outstanding. Next up, kitchen in Lewistown and full addition in Reedsville.

Tomahawk Construction was proud to sponsor our third Calvary Christian Academy golf tournament. Our team took second with 17 under par. Great event for a great cause.

Customer asked for a screened in porch. Worked in existing 6x6 supports, built up a knee wall, installed French door, all new exterior electrical, and custom screens. All materials PVC and will last forever. See us for an estimate on your next project.

My daughter asked for us to build a “small little project” for her VBS next week. This was a little challenging but it turned out great, hoping the kids love it! Bring your kids out next week for Vacation Bible School at Calvary Bible Church in Burnham. This years theme is deep in the jungle. Today we are finally ready to make a big announcement here at Tomahawk Construction. We have felt very blessed over that past few years and we would like to give back. After months of thought and preparation we have come up with what we think would be the best impact we could make in our community. We are announcing a program called “Operation meeting needs” where we will be providing services to those who are unable to provide for themselves currently. We will be starting with smaller type jobs that we will provide at no cost to the qualified individuals. Who would qualify? Someone who is shut in, elderly, widowed, or someone of extenuating circumstances. Each applicant would be reviewed on a case by case basis. Most of the jobs considered would be like small repairs around the house. We have a group of volunteers to help us accomplish this and we thank them for their willingness to help. If you have someone who may be a candidate please contact us for an application and brief description of the work needing done.

Finished up the top of this deck yesterday in Carlisle, Pa. All new 4x4 posts, balusters, and bracing. Finally these customers can enjoy a safe deck. On to the next….3 season porch in Reedsville, Pa and two raised tiki huts connected by a swinging bridge (long story). Please see us for a free estimate on your next project.

Finished up another shower today. This one was a complete rebuild. Removed back wall and extended shower further back, complete with bench and niche. 3 phase shower with shower head, shower wand (located next to the bench), and rainfall shower.
