VIVA Railings, LLC

VIVA Railings, LLC VIVA Railings offers Total Railing Solutions from design to engineering to fabrication and installation And we’ve remained completely debt-free in the process!

VIVA Railings has learned the secret to turning architectural necessities into gorgeous-yet-functional works of art. From our humble beginnings in 1972 as a manufacturer of decorative cabinet handles, knobs, security door chains, and door stoppers to our present as an award-winning manufacturer of modular, stainless steel railings, we pride ourselves on turning building necessities into architectu

ral masterpieces. In 2005, the second generation of our company — VIVA Railings — was born. We started with just one employee in a 100 square foot office space and have grown to 140 employees. For eight years, VIVA Railings has been ranked on Inc. 500|5000 list of Fastest Growing American Companies! Even amidst the global pandemic, we continued doing the hard work of providing impeccable customer service and designing and manufacturing stunning and sustainable railings. In January 2021, we were thrilled to move into our brand new U.S. headquarters facility — a 65,000 square foot office and warehouse in Lewisville, Texas. Our beautiful new space allows our entire team — product development, sales, estimating, designing, engineering, project management, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, field management and accounting — to work cohesively under one roof. For our customers, this building has also allowed us to increase capacity two-to-three-fold, which means faster lead times. In our metal design experience center, architects, contractors and owners are able to sample various products, materials and finishes. Why VIVA Railings is the best choice for your project? Our objective is always to provide our customers with affordable, superior quality products and we will not compromise on safety, quality, or customer satisfaction. Our Safety Standards. As the saying goes, “safety first!” VIVA Railings takes safety seriously. In every step of the process, including manufacturing and installation, we are following safety protocols. Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) is the only quantitative benchmark for measuring safety within the construction industry. With an EMR score of _0.68__, you can rest assured that our work on your project will be completed safely. We don’t just talk about safety, it is a priority and we work diligently to keep everyone in our workforce up-to-date on best practices for safety while also working to identify and correct potential safety hazards before they become a problem. Our Stunning Designs. It has always been our goal to be the company of choice for owners, architects, designers and contractors, and this new building provides us the space to continue creating aesthetically pleasing architectural products. From concept to completion, we do it all in one house. That means your product is designed, engineered, fabricated and installed entirely by the VIVA Railings team. (Learn more about our product categories here.) Our Bond Capacity and Certifications. VIVA Railings holds a $30 million aggregate bond capacity and an excellent Contractor Score of 1652. Elevating Airport Design: VIVA Railings at Denver International Airport’s Concourse and Great Hall

Category: Public

General Contractor: ISEC, Inc.

Architect: Stantec

When functionality, architectural vision, and public safety converge in a large-scale infrastructure project, only the most trusted and innovative partners are invited to the table. VIVA Railings is proud to have contributed to one of the most ambitious airport upgrades in the United States — the transformation of the Denver International Airport (DEN) Concourse and Great Hall.

A Benchmark in High-Traffic Public Infrastructure

Airports demand more than beauty. They require safety, durability, and thoughtful design integration. For this landmark project, VIVA was entrusted with the design, engineering and installation of these railing systems:

SHOE™ Structural Glass Railing System at the expansive and light-filled Great Hall, and Concourse

WINDWALL Custom Post Supported System in select high-traffic zones such as the outdoor passenger lounge.

These systems were chosen for their modern aesthetic, structural integrity, and low-profile design that enhances the architectural transparency and openness of the terminal.

SHOE™ Structural Glass Railing: Elegance Meets Performance

The SHOE System features sleek, tempered laminated glass panels anchored in a base shoe channel — delivering a clean, minimalist profile with no visible posts. At DEN, the SHOE System maximizes sightlines and ambient lighting while providing essential fall protection for passengers. This system is ICC/IBC compliant, engineered to withstand commercial-level impact forces and ideal for large crowds and public venues.
