At All Tech Electric, mental health matters. 💙
Our employees are more than a workforce — they are family. That’s why we believe creating a safe workplace also means supporting the mental and emotional well-being of every team member.
The construction industry faces some of the highest rates of mental health struggles and su***de in the nation. Too often, people feel pressured to stay silent, “push through,” or carry the weight alone.
At All Tech Electric, we want our team to know:
You are valued.
You are supported.
And you are never alone.
It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to have hard days. Taking care of your mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we also want to give a special shoutout to Jae’s Foundation for the incredible work they do in raising awareness, providing support, and helping break the stigma surrounding mental health. Organizations like theirs remind people that hope, help, and community matter.
Let’s continue building a culture of support, compassion, and connection — on and off the jobsite.
