Things I get asked ALL the time as a General Contractor 👇
1️⃣ “Are you insured?”
Absolutely. We protect our clients, our crew, and the job — no shortcuts there.
2️⃣ “Do you warranty your work?”
Yes. We stand behind what we build. If it’s done by us, it’s backed by us.
3️⃣ “Why is it so expensive?”
Because you’re not just paying for materials… you’re paying for experience, precision, and getting it DONE RIGHT the first time.
4️⃣ “Can you do it cheaper?”
We can do it right. Cutting corners costs more later.
5️⃣ “How long will it take?”
Depends… you want it fast or you want it done right? Quality takes time.
6️⃣ “Can you just add one more thing?”
😂 That “one more thing” usually turns into five more trades and a whole new scope.
7️⃣ “Why can’t you start tomorrow?”
Because good contractors stay booked. If we’re available immediately… that’s usually a red flag.
8️⃣ “Do I really need permits?”
If you want it done legally and correctly — yes.
At the end of the day…
