American Landscape Systems, Inc. has been in business in the Dallas area for over 30 years. We are a full service landscape/irrigation contractor with a focus on landscape/irrigation development, municipal contracts and commercial maintenance. We are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Account Managers.
Compensation: $80k-$100k Position DOE/ Competetive Salary/Commission/Full Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage ex*****on of contracted Schedules of Services. (This is your primary responsibility.)
• Maintain and manage all existing property relationships.
• Meet with all existing and new property managers weekly, or as requested by clients, and issue property reports to each manager and ALS on a weekly basis.
• Propose enhancements for your designated properties with supervisor approval.
• Meet weekly to discuss leads and status of proposals for enhancements with Supervisor. As well as weekly meeting for scheduling.
• Provide input and recommendations to supervisor on equipment, labor staff and scheduling of services.
• Provide ALS with accurate forecasting and scheduling of all spray applications, fertilizations, seasonal color changes, and rye grass applications.
• Perform field operations and training for chemical applications
• Analyze routes, equipment, and vehicles for the most efficient ex*****on of contracts. Make recommendations to ALS' supervisor for improvements.
• Quality control:
o Assist in inspection of completed enhancement projects during warranty period
o Make recommendations to owners for maintenance by ALS or other maintenance contractors
o Assist irrigation/repair superintendents with recommendations for watering schedule
Requirements/Licensing Requirements: Texas Drivers License

Compensation: $80k-$100k Position DOE/ Competitive Salary/Commission/Full Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assist in project management of Irrigation Systems Installation.
•Repairs and adjustments of sprinklers that ALS installs.
•Assist in lining out crews in the mornings as needed.
•Keep truck organized daily & keep stocked with basic supplies weekly.
•Utilize extra equipment from install crews as available.
•Supervise all irrigation/ landscape and hardscape projects, from beginning through completion,
including submittals and as-builts.
•Monitor quality and progress of existing jobs, including layout and field design.
•Analyze purchasing requirements based on needs for current job only, considering present inventory.
•Monitor crew leaders' organization of trucks, trailers and driving safety.
•Meet with clients for walk-throughs, preconstruction and construction meetings as needed.
•Assist in estimating material take offs, and assist in pricing change orders as needed for ongoing
projects.
•Work hours will be from 7AM to 5PM, or as work dictates.
•You will be required to cover Saturdays, as needed for installation supervision.
•Check status of equipment and ensure proper usage.
•Enforce Safety Program an help conduct weekly Safety Meetings.
•Document damages, changes and all pertinent information for our scope of work.
•Transition installed landscape and irrigation projects through contract maintenance period
