Just be prepared as temps rise back above freezing. Locate your water shutoff cover in your yard, have a key and wrench ready. My son in law has a water main box that always holds water. Now that water is going to keep him from turning off his water main. Hes out there chipping the ice away so he can reach the valve shutoff. Broken water lines don't mean your whole house has to flood, but it certainly could mean that. Good luck guys.  Let me know if you need any help. Framing in place to make use of bonus area in attic above garage. This space under existing roof was enough space for a full gameroom! This kind of space is cheaper that adding outward!
