With over ten years of experience as the owners of a local fertilization and pest control company, brothers Chris & Kevin Smith have developed a rich understanding of north Texas lawns and how to care for them. In 2018 they founded Affinity Green to help existing customers prepare and install sod successfully in tandem with their fertilization company. After three years and hundreds of satisfied customers, they expanded their service offerings to cover trees, shrubs, and landscapes!
What we can do:
Sod installation. The right way.
After years of experience repairing poorly installed sod for our existing fertilization customers, we decided to start doing it ourselves—the right way. We begin by evaluating the lawn's actual needs before we pursue installation. Simply throwing sod on your already struggling turf base isn't the solution. Planning, preparing, and executing are. We do it right the first time and educate you once done to ensure you have the knowledge you need to protect your investment.
Tree Pruning, Trimming, and Removal. If needed.
Canopy maintenance and overall pruning are essential to a healthy tree and successful turf management. We have over ten years of experience advising and managing trees up to 30 feet. Like your trees, we're still growing and hope to handle more mature trees shortly. Luckily most of our local trees are well within our range of service. With salvation in mind, we strive to preserve our beautiful trees as a priority. However, if removal is the answer, we can handle that too!
Landscape Beds. Clean and expressive!
We've seen it all in our years of gratefully serving north Texas lawns. So whether you need a cleanup or are thinking of something special, we're prepared to make sure your vision becomes a reality. Need some color, fresh mulch, shrubs, and ornamentals? Let us do the dirty work! From mulch to a masterpiece!
Rock fill. Rock on!
From rock beds to pavers, we rock out! Crushed granite paths, sideyards, and walkways, we can design a low-maintenance solution to help eliminate the muddy mess. Of course, we can work with most crushed stones, including river rock, pea gravel, marble rock, etc. So let us edge it out and create a beautiful hardscape that's attractive and manageable. You'll love the aesthetic that hardscaping brings to your lawn!
