Before & during the process;

We think that this back wall area was an add on from way previous owners of the home. Due to the construction of the add on we got into a ton of water damage with the roof and wall. We decided it was best to tear the roof and wall completely out and just rebuild. redoing this space and making it an open concept now adds on 150 square feet to the home.

Looking at the pics you’ll see how much more open and bigger it feels. 👏🏻

Flip house update: Ethan is currently working to get the windows in and electrical ran. We decided to go with smaller windows and bring them up higher. The windows that were originally in this house sat very low making it extremely hard to work with when placing cabinets and appliances. Good job Ethan for keeping things up and running 👏🏻👏🏻

Flip house update:

The feeling of finally framing in walls! We decided to do 2 bedrooms left & right with a bathroom in the middle. The closets to the bedrooms are hidden behind the bathroom. Seeing this all come together is such a good feeling 👏🏻

Doing some work to the foundation today on our flip house & the boss got to join 😎 the name Ember Construction comes from my little girl Emberlynn.

Getting into the flip house business you will always come across unforeseen things that need to be repaired. This week we have been working on tearing out those damages and making the correct fixes before moving forward. Thankfully it’s all been things that are manageable.

At Ember Construction we want you to know that when you hire us for any job we will get to the root of the “problem” and not just make it pretty… of course we make it pretty to but you get it 😅 this is a job done right and we are so pleased with the progress we are making.

Before & during the process….. stay tuned to see the transformation. This space was actually used as a walk through add on to get from the inside of the house to the garage. Our plan is to demo the dividing wall, restructure it and make it an open concept allowing it to function as a living space 😳
