Some companies are great at tearing it out. We’re great at putting it back together.
This basement recently had a waterproofing system installed to help prevent future flooding, and we were brought in behind the waterproofing contractor to get the space back in working order.
There’s a little more to this one than just hanging drywall. We’re cutting each existing stud to properly install a new greenboard baseplate, securing everything back in place, replacing the batt insulation, then installing and finishing new drywall before painting the affected walls. We’ll also be replacing sections of the tile flooring that had to come out during the waterproofing work.
We believe in letting people do what they do best, and we’re grateful this homeowner trusted Skylar Alexander Contracting to handle the rebuild.
From opened-up walls back to a finished basement. That’s our part. 🔨
