So we had a rental company call in an emergency service call yesterday afternoon. The Renter uploaded a picture from the internet of a home flooding, knee deep in waste water. So when the tech showed up to the home we have a toilet that wont flush and has no waste in it once so ever far cry from an emergency....
Not to mention all of time it took to stop everything that was in the process of being set up to get the renter into hotel and companies out to clean up the mess.

We cut in a driveway for one of our neighbors and cleaned up a bunch of fallen trees and branches the she couldn't get her self..

New septic tank that went in last week on a remodeling job. To make room for the addition being added to the rear of the home.

The handyman that installed new T-Stats and elements were so close, they only had one wire in the wrong place. Unfortunately that's the difference in working and not working..
Anyone could of made a mistake but the home owner should of never had to call a 2nd company out. Wonder if the same handyman did the wiring on top?
