In the last few months I've come to understand that closing 3D was completion of a success that is filled with many, many accomplishments of a group of "first choice" people. We almost completed four decades but 38 years is a big success. However, new people must fill the shoes of those needing a rest. We just could not successfully fill the shoes. Saturday, December 11th the annual 3D Christmas Party celebration was again held at the downtown Hilton. This year was especially exciting since COVID prevented last year's celebration. Shawn Breeding was presented his fifteen years service award by President & Dad Donny Breeding. The food was great, however the music was disappointing due to a COVID sickness. COVID also keep some 3D families away, while others had to attend to Tornado issues. Many expressed happiness for return of the party. Young leadership mixed with senior leaders. Thanks to Len Harper for overseeing the details to make it a great event. Happy Holidays.

Today in 1985 we walked into this building and commenced business as 3D Enterprises. Thirty-six (36) years later we are here delivering our services throughout the Southeastern USA. We've earned "First in Class" by providing construction services that are complete when needed and as the customer likes. Last but not least, most of our people are among the best of the industry and long time members of the 3D Family of employees, on-on-on.

It was unreal….Johnny is the Real Deal on the Ocean…no doubt – We out-fished Charters and pro Fishing Teams on borrowed equipment – Johnny hadn’t been out on the water for almost 7 years, and just fell right back into it. His navigation ability and knowledge of the waters and fishing were something else. We also had a great time exploring St. Augustine on Saturday – The history of that city is rich – I had no idea. Good break – I feel invigorated.

The 3D family of employees have made many changes in 2020 to live out the COVID-19 virus threat. Our annual Christmas Party will not be held this year in effort to protect our employees and their families. 3D will gift money to the individual families to sponsor private dining and celebration within the safety of their home. This would have been our 36th Christmas Party. This cancelation is made with much sorrow. Mankind finds solutions that allows life to continue and we will this time. God bless and take health safety serious.

Today the 3D Family of Employees completed 35 years of performing complex engineering and construction of critical water infrastructure for customers in the Southeast USA. Some of our people have now retired but others continue our promise- - complete when you need it, as you like it. Our striving for Excellence has earned us SATISFACTION with our customers, subcontractors and suppliers. On, on, on.

Saturday, December 14th the annual 3D Christmas Party celebration was again held at the downtown Hilton. This year was especially exciting since long time retired Founding Partner Dennis Treadway attended. This brought the founding partners (the D's) back together. Other retirees like Leonard Burke also attended. Additionally, Cody Lokits was presented his five years service award by President Donny Breeding, while others recieved prizes. The food and band were good. Thanks to Len Harper for overseeing the details to make it a great event. Happy Holidays.

In July Dalton Utilities, Dalton Georgia broke ground on an upgrade of the membrane filtration and other processes at the V. D. Parrott Jr. Water Treatment Plant. Although 3D's publicly bid price was a tie, 3D's extensive exprience with membrane filtration was favorable to 3D recieving the $41.5 million construction contract. Pressurized membrane modules configured in a Rackless Module System (RMS) will perform the filtration. These modules are capable of producing 40 (MGD) million gallons per day of drinking water assurring the community of Dalton plenty of safe water for years to come.

Promoting injury-free worksites and avoiding complacency with our safety standards is a must! Again the acts of our employees have avoided lost time injuries! Safety awards ceremonies were recently held at all 3D project operations. Employees including Johnny Jones smiling in photo recieved CASH, apperal and certificates of Safety Excellence. Safety does pay at 3D!

All should know that we at 3D set another safety record last year. During the entire year we had no reportable injuries on our projects! This makes five of the last nine years that we have had no reportable injuries for the entire year (the last time was 2017). We are extremely proud of this achievement. Few companies like ours ever experience an entire year without an injury, much less 5 in 9 years (3 of the last 5 years)!

This safety record is clearly a result of a strong team effort involving everybody. The year began with a sharp focus on safety. In our Safety Committee, and in discussions with site supervisors, we stressed a constant awareness of on-the-job safe behavior. Our Safety Newsletters pushed awareness, preparedness, and responsibility. And it all paid off. During 2018, our team worked tens of thousands of man-hours with no injuries—and under challenging conditions, which is usually the case.

Annually 3D recognizes and rewards employees that attain service periods of 5,10, 15, 20, etc. years. Many were presented at the 2018 3D Cristmas party such as: 30-year award to Les Wade; 25-year award to Len Harper; many 15 year awards including- Don Phillips, Bonnie Holder, Mario Barajas, Rodrigo Barajas, Valentin Torres-Aguillon and many more; a 10 year award was recieved by Donny Vance; many others recieved 5 year awards including Sean Hill pictured in white shirt and tie. We thank you for your service and loyalty. We are looking forward to many more years together.
