HIRING!

Are you curious what a career in construction could look like? Do you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the fruits of your labor?

If you already have experience in construction or leadership, we can talk through what growing with our company will look like!

What you will be doing
• Load and unload materials (more then 50 pounds)
• Setting up the job site with work equipment and necessary tools needed for the job.
• Following simple instructions
• Assist in tasks needed to complete a quality building including but not limited to: digging and installing footings, framing walls and roof structures, installing windows, entry and other doors and door openings.
• Assist in establishing healthy workplace environments that are safe, organized, productive and enjoyable
• Understand and assist in build according to construction plans

Qualifications
• Carpentry, framing, post-frame construction, or equivalent experience is preferred
• Willingness to maintain and operate construction tools in a safe and proper manner
• Standard weight lifting requirements - 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
• Capable of working in a physically demanding environment and at various heights (up to 40 feet)
• Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Possession of a valid Driver's License is required
• Reliable form or Transportation (a truck would be a plus)

Pay
• Will be determined upon experience and qualifying applications
