Pulled this door out and found exactly what we expected… rot, failed subfloor, and a pan that was doing absolutely nothing.

This is the part nobody sees — and the part that actually matters.

Anyone can install a door.
Not everyone knows how to fix what’s behind it.

We’re rebuilding this opening the right way so this homeowner doesn’t have to deal with the same problem again in a few years.

Water management isn’t optional. It’s everything.

This project shows exactly who we are.
Opening exterior walls.
Structural reframing.
Oversized glass systems.
Transforming an existing home into something it was never originally built to support.
And during it, the unthinkable happened. A neighboring home caught fire while we were on site.
Work stopped. The priority shifted to safety, protection of the property, and making sure the situation didn't create additional damage or risk.
Then we came back, re-verified everything, and executed the project the right way.
Because this type of work isn't just installation.
It requires planning, structure awareness, water management, and precision - especially when the openings and the glass get larger than most homes are designed for.
We take on projects that are complicated.
We take on projects that other contractors won't.
We install products most homes were never originally built to carry.
This is what we do.
And this is how we operate when everything goes right - and when it doesn't.

Hutto flex space buildout.

Storefront glazing, commercial entry systems, and overhead doors installed and coordinated by our crew from field measurement through final set.

Openings are one of the last trades to go in and one of the easiest places for a project to fall behind. Layout, tolerances, and sequencing matter more than the material.

Our role is making sure everything fits the first time.
