We’re incredibly proud to be part of the Spokane community, and we’re still here to support our neighbors as recovery from the Spokane Complex Fire continues.

While the scariest part may feel like it’s behind us and life around the community is moving forward, many affected homeowners are still dealing with cleanup, debris removal, and decisions about what comes next.

For some fire-damaged properties, an asbestos survey may be required before debris and ash can be removed. This survey helps determine whether asbestos-containing materials are present and provides the information needed to move forward with cleanup safely and appropriately.

Our team can perform these surveys, but more importantly, we want homeowners to know they can reach out to us with questions. We know there’s a lot of information to navigate, and we’re here to help you understand the process and what may apply to your property.

Thank you to every person who has stepped up for our communities.

To our DNR firefighters and first responders working long hours in incredibly difficult conditions, thank you.
To the volunteers, organizations, businesses, and neighbors donating supplies, offering resources, supporting families, caring for animals, and asking, “What can I do to help?” thank you.

Our community has truly come together, and we couldn't be prouder to be part of them.

But we also know this isn't over. Fire season is still here. People are tired, resources have been stretched, and there is still work ahead.

Our hearts are heavy as our Spokane community continues to face the devastating impact of these wildfires.

As the fires continue and families navigate uncertainty, we are thinking of everyone who has been affected, especially those who have lost their homes, been forced to evacuate, or are waiting and hoping for good news. No one should have to experience this kind of loss, and our hearts are with every person, family, and business whose lives have been changed by these fires.

We also want to express our deepest gratitude to the firefighters, emergency responders, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, utility crews, and every person working tirelessly to protect lives, homes, and our community. For days, they have faced dangerous conditions, exhausting hours, intense heat, and heavy smoke with incredible courage, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. Their commitment to serving others, often while putting themselves in harm’s way, is nothing short of extraordinary.

To the families of these responders, thank you. Your support, sacrifice, and understanding make it possible for your loved ones to continue answering the call when our community needs them most. Your strength deserves to be recognized, too.

As these fires continue, we encourage everyone to stay informed, follow evacuation notices, support local relief efforts when you’re able, and continue looking out for one another. Small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference during times like these.

Sometimes adding insulation isn’t the first step. Sometimes the old stuff has to go. 👋

Damaged, contaminated, compacted, or outdated insulation can make it harder to get the performance you want from your attic. Removing it gives us a clean starting point to see what’s happening underneath, address problem areas, and prepare the space for the right insulation moving forward.
