🚨 UNPOPULAR OPINION FROM THE LAWN CARE PLUG 🚨
If you're a new customer or a one-time mowing customer, I require payment in full before I mow your lawn.
Why?
Because I've heard every excuse in the book:
❌ "I'll send it later." ❌ "I forgot my wallet." ❌ "The check is in the mail." ❌ Ghosted after the lawn is cut.
Meanwhile...
⛽ My truck runs on fuel. 🌱 My equipment runs on maintenance. ⏰ My time has value.
When you order a pizza, you pay. When you buy something online, you pay. When you book a hotel, you pay.
So why should lawn care be any different?
The customers who have a problem with prepayment are usually the same ones who weren't planning on paying anyway.
The good customers? ✅ They understand. ✅ They respect your business. ✅ They pay without hesitation.
Lawn care owners: Stop acting like a charity and start operating like a business.
