We now have people approaching us from across the WORLD! New Zealand, Australia, Africa, unbelievable!
Why are they doing that!? We have a lot of new "followers", so let's break it down.
Here's an example of why they reach out to us:
We just met with someone we will call "Bill". Bill has done very well for himself, in his 60's, sold his company that he put years of blood sweat and tears into. "Bill" is like most of our clients, he does his due diligence. He asked Brock what we often hear, "If this was your property, what would you do?"
Brock explained to "Bill" that there are a bunch of variables depending on his game. He replied, "I've already got a proposal from another company that was impressive." Then we dive in to what WE do. Brock asks him his handicap, how often he plays, what his strengths and weaknesses are. Brock and "Bill" talk about the tee boxes he is going to be hitting from, because THAT, along with his handicap determine green.
We see it all the time, a golf green that isn't planned gets used for 1-2 years, our greens get used for a lifetime. "Bill" had never thought that because he's an 8 handicap trying to get to a 5, that his green would be too small from the tee boxes if built like "the other company".
When investing in a golf green, you want a company that grew up around golf, that understand golf. That takes data from Lou Stagner, artificial intelligence, Accros, etc.
There's SO much that goes into designing a world class golf facility, don't be the guy that regrets what should be the coolest thing since being a kid on Christmas morning!
