As many of you know, our company manages one of the larger commercial snow and ice operations in the region, and our operation has grown substantially this year. Our primary accounts consist of large industrial and commercial properties, typically ranging from 10 to 50 acres per location.

For the upcoming seasons, we have entered into a two-year contract covering the Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh markets. Our current portfolio includes approximately 380 properties, with an option for an additional one-year renewal. Due to this growth, we are looking to establish relationships with dependable, properly equipped subcontractors who can assist our crews throughout these markets.

If you are interested in joining our snow operations as a subcontractor, please provide the following information and documentation via email to [email protected]

• Crew Capacity: The number of operators/laborers and crews you can dedicate to snow operations, along with your preferred market area (Charlotte, Greensboro, or Raleigh). Please complete the attached subcontractor information form.

• Equipment: A detailed list of equipment you can provide for snow and ice operations, including trucks, plows, skid steers, loaders, tractors, spreaders, and other applicable equipment.

• Subcontractor Agreement: All approved subcontractors will be required to complete and execute our subcontractor agreement and applicable non-compete/non-solicitation documentation.

• Insurance: A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting our subcontractor insurance requirements must be maintained on file.

• W-9: A completed and current Form W-9 must be submitted prior to performing work.

Reliability and availability during winter weather events are extremely important to our operation. We are looking for subcontractors who are committed to providing dependable equipment, qualified operators, and timely service throughout each event.

You must have transportation.
$35 per hours worked, paid out weekly on the following Friday.

Today we were able to go back where this all started as a FFA SAE project. Southeast Guilford FFA called looking for a spirit rock that they could place on campus to paint. We just happened to have a boulder laying around that matched what they were looking for.
