Small little project we tackled a couple weeks ago. The client was having a party so we were under the gun a little bit dealing with rain throughout the project. In total we removed 6 trees and stumps, ran over 100' of gutter extensions, installed rock and edging under the deck and finished off with fresh sod through entire backyard, and along with some other areas on the property. Here is a project we did last season and the client wanted to continue down the side and then add the opposite side of the home and along the back of the home. We installed the wall block, added plants on both sides, mulch for the plants and rock in the back. As the season progresses, our team remains dedicated to delivering exceptional results. We recently added a hardscape retaining wall border along the landscape beds. A overgrown bush was removed from the corner of the house and replaced with a Taylor Juniper. Additionally, we extended one downspout with a pop-up drain and cleared a blockage in a previous downspout extension. A tree ring was also installed around the central tree. We're embarking on a significant repair project. This substantial wall, standing 8-10 feet tall and spanning over 200 feet long, is failing and requires our expertise. Given the site's inaccessibility to heavy machinery, we'll be relying on manual labor to complete the repairs. It's evident that the previous contractor overlooked the importance of laying a robust base, which is essential for a wall of this scale. Additionally, they neglected to incorporate drainage behind the wall and utilize gravel backfill. This undertaking marks the beginning of a demanding process. Look at us go! We had a customer who had a failing wall. There was a lot of hard work that went in to this. We had to remove a tree and then tear down the rest of the wall after it collapsed from the rain a few weeks ago. We then rebuilt it and added more usable space above with a paver patio extension off their concrete patio. These customers will have lots of space to watch the fire works with friends and family this 4th of July.
