818 N Wolcott began as an existing foundry in Chicago’s East Village/West Town neighborhood. Kinzie saw what it could become: 20 boutique apartments where exposed brick meets modern design, and natural touches soften industrial bones into something people are proud to call home. The building was already there. The vision made it remarkable.

444 Social in Lincolnshire, IL wasn’t built to blend in, and Kinzie wasn’t brought in to play it safe.
