If you bought your system from us and have a warranty, there’s something you need to know.

We must be the only company servicing your unit.

If another company services it, your warranty is void.

And it’s not because we’re afraid of competition. It’s because we have integrity when it comes to your investment.

Every time we work on your system, we document what we find and what we do. We know exactly what’s happening with your unit.

But if another company works on it, we’re in the dark.

That’s why our warranty requires us to service your system twice a year through our maintenance plan.

It allows us to stay on top of your system and make sure we can stand behind the warranty we gave you.

Your AC needs love too ❤️‍🩹

The longer you go without our team doing maintenance through our Home Service Plan, the dirtier your unit gets.

The dirtier the unit gets, the dirtier the air gets.

Do you want dirty air in your home?

“WHY is my AC leaking?!”

We get this call all the time.

But here’s the thing: your AC actually makes water.

When your AC cools your home, it pulls moisture out of the air. That moisture turns into condensation, and your system is designed to drain that water away.

So if you’re seeing water coming out of your AC, something may be preventing it from draining properly.

It could be a clogged drain, a dirty filter, or a frozen coil.

That’s one of the reasons we recommend all of our clients enroll in our Home Service Plan.

We come out twice a year to service your system, make sure everything is draining properly, and catch small problems before they turn into bigger ones.

We’d rather catch a small problem during maintenance than have you call us when your AC is already leaking all over the floor.

We only install mini-splits in Hawaii because they’re a great fit for homes here.

A lot of homes don’t have big attics or crawl spaces, so mini-splits work well.

They’re energy efficient, which helps keep your electric bill down.

And everyone can set their room to the temperature they like.

So no more fighting over the thermostat!

In Hawaii, our AC systems take a beating. Salty air, wind, rain, and everyday use can all take a toll over time.

When your AC stops working, it’s normal to get frustrated.

But before you start shopping for a new system, there are a few things you can check first.

Check your fuses and breakers.

Try turning the breaker off for about 15 minutes, then turn the power back on.

If it still doesn’t work, head to the mini-split on the wall and check the air temperature.

If your unit is blowing air but not cooling the room, it may just need a cleaning.

And if that doesn’t solve the problem, calling a certified technician is the next best step.

Sometimes the issue is minor. Sometimes it’s more serious.

The important thing is to take the time to understand your options before making a big purchase.
