Do you know if your home has as a septic tank or if you are on city sewer? If you have a septic tank, it needs to be pumped out every 3-5 years. Although it may seem like your pipes are draining fine, you never know when you are going to have a back up and that would not be fun to clean up! It may start as a toilet that doesn't want to flush and the next thing you know you have sewege coming up in your bathtub or better yet, maybe your kitchen sink! WHO LIKES REBATES?!
