This Boss's Day, we remember one of the best to ever do it.

Todd Zapp gave Trisco Systems over 40 years. He started in the field and worked his way up to Sr. Project Manager and Safety Director, though the title that fit him best was #1 Mentor.

He taught generations of our people how to do the work right and how to look out for each other. His dedication, his work ethic, and his friendship touched everyone who crossed his path.

We lost Todd in May of last year, and there isn't a day on a job site that he wouldn't have made better.

Happy Boss's Day, Todd. We miss you.

Boss's Day at Trisco doesn't mean one person.

Every crew has a boss. The foreman who runs the job, reads the prints, keeps the schedule, handles the hard conversations, and still jumps in when the work needs an extra set of hands.

And behind every great foreman is a crew that shows up, watches out for each other, and takes pride in the work. Ask any one of those bosses and they'll tell you the same thing: they look good because their people are good.

So today we honor both. The ones who lead, and the ones who make the leading worth it. Happy Boss's Day.

Our crews deal with whatever the sky throws at them, and around here the rule is simple: take care of the customer, take care of each other, and everybody goes home safe.
