Brothers Jim and Ferlin Pinks have been in the construction industry since 1984. We started out building apartment complexes in and around the Columbus Ohio area. After traveling around Ohio and Kentucky building Cross Country Inn and Amerihost hotels, Ferlin moved back to Lima and went to work for Ellis Door and Window Co., becoming a union glazier for Taylor Glass. Jim stayed in Columbus and wo

rked at Patio Enclosures Inc. where he was the carpenter for the Columbus branch - building wood patio rooms, three and four season aluminum patio rooms and all glass solariums. In 1992, after earning Patio Enclosures Golden Hammer Award, Jim began traveling to other states to train other crews for them. Also in 1992 we decided to start Triple R Construction and worked weekends and after work to buy our tools, truck and trailer. In 1994 we decided to focus on Triple R Construction full time. Jim moved back to the Lima area in 1995. In addition to many custom homes, renovations, additions and decks in the Lima area, we have also done a lot of glass work in the area - Wingate Hotel and Parking Garage in downtown Lima, all the glass work at the Menards and several schools, the 5 story building at Grob in Bluffton. We have framed houses for Mike Alexander of Alexander Homes in Lima. We also framed 48 homes and condos in St. Triple R Construction remodeled the entire apartment complex on Brower Rd. in Lima for the Levin Group out of Cleveland. They also contracted us to replace 365 windows in a 6 story apartment complex near the Cleveland Clinic. This just a sample of things we have done in and around the area. We are a top notch construction company and take a lot of pride in our work. We do all of our jobs large and small with the same amount of pride and compassion. We not only build or remodel your home or addition - We build relationships with our customers.

Someone has been slacking on our FB posts big time (🤫😬🥴) but it sure isn’t due to the TRC Crew slacking! We have been busy building dreams - and renovating some too!
