NWO is pleased to announce the addition of a new Fecon drum mulcher! With this tool we can efficiently clear over growth, invasive species or decrease the density of vegetation for trails, food plots, house lots or just about any place we can fit the machine! We also have the ability to go vertical, or down a slope with our excavator and a Fecon that has the same capability as our skidsteer based unit. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a General Laborer to take up manual labor tasks and support operations in worksites. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who values teamwork and craftsmanship, with a commitment to safety. Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary.

Immediate full-time positions are available with potential for overtime. A company vehicle will be provided for transportation to and from work sites.
Benefits available, including dental.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Handling and transporting construction materials
• Assisting with installing and repairing residential foundations
• Ability to place, spread, smooth, and level concrete
• Assisting with septic installation and repair
• Assisting with general excavation and grading

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minor duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Seasonal snow removal
• Outdoor cleanup (tree, brush, junk removal/recycling)
• Hauling and delivering bulk items (stone, mulch, dirt, etc.)
• Light maintenance and repair of equipment and tools

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation to shop/home office
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment to meet deadlines for time-sensitive projects
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn new tasks
• Prompt and punctual attendance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read measurements and blueprints
• Basic understanding of line and grade/form work
• Class B CDL
