Qualifications:

Minimum of (2) years outside selling experience to large general contractors and builders.

Must possess general knowledge of wood trusses.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with estimators, project managers, and superintendents.

Must possess valid driver’s license.

Ability to travel as required within assigned territory.

Own the project from start to finish including sales presentations, truss submittals, communicate with the customer and truss plant regarding delivery dates, perform site visits, etc.

Build solid, long lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory.

Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals to the customer.

Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
