Shew’s Design is looking to fill the following two positions:
Lead Carpenter/ Site Supervisor
Responsibilities include:
Able to maintain work site schedules
Manage employee workload with critical thinking skills
Must be good with customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with safety regulations
Requirements:
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must have own tools. Company provides specialty tools
Able to pass drug screening
Clean and neat appearance
Knowledge of all stages of construction a must
3-5 years of experience as supervisor preferred
Starting at $19 an hour, vacation and holiday pay
Finish Carpenter
Responsibilities include:
Well-rounded in the following construction areas: Electrical, drywall, trim, flooring,
framing and cabinetry
Detail oriented
Must be able to engage in a variety of physical labor
Goal oriented with a great work ethic
Willing to learn on the job
Requirements:

2-3 years of construction experience preferred
Starting at $17 an hour, vacation and holiday pay
