Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Construction estimating: 1 year minimum
- Knowledge in AutoCAD: Required
Job Duties:
- Provide accurate, organized, and thorough professional bid/proposals/quotation in a timely manner for both residential and commercial projects.
- Review, interpret and apply construction plans and specifications to prepare a competitive, informative bid for award by General Contractor.
- Perform quantity calculations utilizing on-screen takeoff software.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required and necessary to complete bids accurately and competitively

Job Duties:
- Create and maintain weekly crew schedules.
- Prepare the necessary plans for all crew before mobilizing by the start of day.
- Ability to travel to different jobsites from time to time. Checking and assuring jobs are done according to plan.
- Maintain constant communication with clientโs project manager or superintendent.
- Collect and compile information for extra work / change orders. Seeking approval from clientโs project manager or superintendent before submitting to accounting.
