After seeing many unhappy comments on Linconton NC Town Talk Group I thought I should do a public post addressing our current situation. We’re beyond inundated with work. We’re understaffed, We’re backlogged 8 weeks. We’re not taking any new service work or construction until we can take care of the backlog (existing customers) Lincolnton is blessed with many good reputable plumbers please use them before calling the big city guys. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience, not answered or returned calls, wait times, service waiting list, etc. As life long residents of Lincoln County you’re our neighbors, our friends, and we truly love all of you!

To all my friends, I just got off the phone with a foreign man that said he works for Duke Energy. He told me that my power is going to be turned off in 30 minutes, if I didn’t pay my past due bill. I asked him again who he worked for and he said the same thing as earlier. I told him I had already paid my bill and gave him the exact date (12/19/22) and amount ($70.87). I also said that my next bill wasn’t due yet. I told him, I was on the phone with the police department and he proceeded to hang up on me. Please, be aware of the scammers that are trying to take advantage of the older generations and businesses! The number of the phone that called me was (704)618-7277. Please spread the word!!

STARTING APPRENTICE PAY IS $18/hr!! 40hrs per week Mon - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm (quitting time varies a little). No experience required, everyone who’s willing to work hard deserves a living wage!!! We have a 90 day INTENSE trial period with a task list to learn (The Gauntlet). It separates the best from the rest! If after 90 days you haven’t completed the REQUIRED task one of two things happen. We decide we’re not a good fit for each other (you’re the “rest”) or if we believe in your potential we reevaluate pay (not less than $15/hr) and decide on another time frame to give you a chance to excel (you could be the “best”). Once you complete The Gauntlet your pay will be restored to $18/hr. You must not be lazy (period), have a clean background (no exceptions), clean driving record, be drug free (no tweakers), not be an alcoholic (we’re too busy for hung over employees). We currently have two apprentice positions open.
