We recently completed a crawlspace encapsulation project a few months ago. We used closed cell foam insulation around the perimeter leaving gap for termite inspections per code, along with 20 mil fiber reinforced poly on the floor and columns. Although some sun exposure has caused the color to change, overall, it's still a fantastic and well-done job.
