Today’s call was for Kuhlman to fix a few thing on their home inspection. Also installed two faucets additional to the inspection report. I installed a larger pan for both water heaters with new ball valve and supply lines. We upgraded to flood stops on both units. While doing this work, I did locate a PVC drain not glued together by the AC company that installed their condensation drain into a vent pipe directly. I installed a clean out for it and reconnected the drain properly to prevent the water damage it was causing in the attic.

Second call was to finish locating a water leak found water leak and repaired it.

Third call was for Henson to locate a leak. I will return tomorrow after grass was removed.

Second call was to install a wall hung heater for Linda Hicks. I did miss a connection tightening it but I went back and fixed it. If you have a floor furnace in your house still connected to natural gas they need to be eliminated. They also need to be eliminated if they’re connected to propane, but the main reason for natural gas is they’re usually connected with a copper pipe underneath the house and copper cannot be connected to natural gas. We are not allowed to work on floor furnaces as a company they can cause issues as seen in the picture
