I had the opportunity to build this 2400 square foot custom home for a couple of local teachers recently. Some of the best clients I have ever worked with. I’m glad they trusted me with their forever home and excited I was able to deliver everything they asked for plus some.

-open floor plan
-spray foam throughout entire home and attic for energy efficiency
-10’ ceilings throughout the entire home
-custom cabinets throughout the home
-large walk-in showers with floor to ceiling tile
-luxury SPC flooring throughout
-granite throughout the entire home

Clients make the job so much more enjoyable. I’m sure they got tired of talking to me every day. It made building a home for the client and myself that much easier and less stressful. Communication and trust is everything!

Building is not as expensive as you may think. Contact me and we can discuss pricing. You may be surprised what you can get on your budget.

Customer’s house caught fire. Total loss. Their insurance did not cover the total cost of the home. They were afraid they would have to rent a home or buy a really cheap one.

I offered a different solution. Let me rebuild the home for you. Customize it your way restricted only by your foundation. “There is no way I can afford that.” I slid them the quote. “Are you kidding? I get a brand new home?” Yes maam you do.

We work with everyone and every budget. I’m excited for them.

Demo day underway!
