This customer had us clear a large amount of his landscaping and level a area for his shed, on the side showed in this first picture, he then had us remove several trees that were getting to big for the places they were in which can pose a lot of issues with the foundation when the root system gets to big. The first 7 pics are prior to is doing anything, The last five pics show the shed he had installed on this side of the house where we cleaned up and removed all the landscaping, they also show after pictures of the front and other opposite of the house where we removed the large Ornamental Pear and trimmed all the shrubs in from and on that side of the house, everything here was very overgrown. So we had to trim it back as far as possible

We successfully "killed" all the cattails and w**ds growing along the pond, our next step was and still is to continue removing all the dead pines along the edge of the pond and, continue clearing the brush and w**ds that had this beautiful pond completely over grown and unattractive.

This is a top view / and a side view retaining wall and of the yard we built by putting up a 45ft railroad tie retaining wall on a very steep hillside for a friend near Pittsburgh. ( these pics are a year later), The wall still holds strong holding back a 150 tons of dirt and the yard is now complete with shrubs and grass.

This is one of the properties we now and basically take care of all the property management, the Rose of Sharon in Front...

This is one of the properties we now and basically take care of all the property management, the Rose of Sharon in Front is in full bloom, and the grass is still holding its color fairly well 4 months after a Turfbuilder treatment. Not too bad for as dry as it has been.

These are all pictures of
a huge job we did last year, ( there may be pictures of this already on here) but these few pics just show how well the fabric held up and all the old over grown Landscaping we had to remove is still gone. Not a single w**d growing up through the fabric underneath the crushed limestone. By removing a lot of the old Landscaping and w**ds it gave these Hydrangeas and other perennials more sun and nutrients, allowing them to grow better. More updated pics of this job to come....

Before pictures of a Landscape job we recently did at the end of July, on the side views of the house you can see two green shrubs we removed, because the landscaping was becoming to thick and their was just to much going on over there.
After pics: The second set of pics are after we trimmed all the shrubs, removed a couple from the side of the house, and mulched.

The Top Picture, Before: we did a partial remodel of the deck/ jacked it up leveled it: and pressured washed the roof/ and siding. The bottom picture after we did the partial remodel on the deck, got the 1/2 of moss off the roof and pressure washed the siding. As you can see the gutter needs replaced, the deck needs painted, but this wasn't part of the job. So we only do what the customer asks of us.

A customer of ours' had us put this insulation back up underneath his cottage for him , We stapled the insulation in place and then the plastic as well as furling strips the way it should of been done in the first place. We also put these flower boxes together filled and stained them for him.
