Again , this is WHY you NEED to have your home’s Electrical inspected every 1-3 years , this customer had NO idea he even had an issue , until we did a Whole Home Electrical Inspection …
Main Service line ( power line ) , was pouring water into his Main Electrical Panel . There was a crack in the wire on the outside , which made the gray service wire act as a funnel , and just pour rain water into his main panel box .

Well the time frame is now over , if you are needing to change out your Home’s Electrical system out or upgrade your service, it will now cost you DOUBLE/TRIPLE from what it was a year ago . This is all in part because as of July 1st 2025 , Pennsylvania moved from the 2017 NEC Code , to the 2020 NEC Code . What makes the HUGE price hikes , is NOT the Electrician , but the cost of the needed materials to abide to the NEW Codes .
On average , in 2025 to upgrade your home’s Electrical system or upgrade was about $3,500-$6,500 , NOW these numbers will DOUBLE/TRIPLE . I am in the process of working with a couple different Banks to be able to offer Financing . I know times are tough right now for A LOT of people , and feel really bad for those that would be in need of a panel upgrade and can’t afford it .
DO NOT choose safety over Money , Money can be replaced , you can’t be .
I Honestly, in all my years of being an Electrician , have ALWAYS kept the economy in mind and the struggles customer face when doing work.
At this point , not only are inspectors cracking down on, but so is now the State of Pennsylvania, when it comes to code compliance.

We were called out last night on an Emergency Call, customer lost total power and their Main 200amp Breaker Needed Replaced .

If anyone loses power tomorrow , and has a “ MEDICAL “ need , ex : Oxygen Tank , Heart Monitor, etc , give us a call , we will Loan you a Generator, while supplies last .

Electrical panel boxes that have been RECALLED , Federal Pacific , Syvania , Zinsco . If you have one of these Electrical Panel boxes , Give us a call TODAY, for FREE Estimate to get it replaced !!!! As you can see, I took the cover off this panel , and over the years , wires have been added . You should ONLY have 1 wire on each breaker , by adding 2 wires to a breaker , can and will over heat the breaker , trip and/or cause a fire . Just remember , if you lose power , they are in the elements , and believe me , they wanna fix things and get home as fast as you want power back .

We are in the process of growing for 2026 , we are acquiring a bucket vehicle , so we can start offering the changing of Parking Lot Lighting , bulb changes in outside lighting , over head service work , etc …
