The custom blend of tones creates natural depth and dimension across the roofline, giving the home a high-end look that stands out while complementing the surrounding landscape and exterior finishes.

This new roofing system features Stoneworth Oxford profile concrete tiles, engineered for long-term performance, exceptional weather resistance, and low maintenance. Concrete tile roofs are known for their strength against hail, wind, heat, and harsh seasonal conditions, making them an excellent investment for Missouri homeowners. The Oxford profile design provides the classic appearance of traditional tile roofing while offering the durability and longevity of modern concrete tile systems.

The installation included high-temperature underlayment throughout the roof system, providing an added layer of protection beneath the tile and helping the roof withstand elevated attic and surface temperatures commonly experienced during Missouri summers. All new flashing components were installed at roof penetrations, valleys, walls, and transitions to ensure proper waterproofing and long-term leak protection.
