Nothing beats the compliment of a repeat customer and friend.

We recently headed over to Washington, MO to take care of a long-time client Mike Maniaci. We went with a full broadcast of Domino decorative flake to give him a floor that’s as durable as it is sharp.

From the seamless cove base to the high-gloss topcoat, this floor is built to handle whatever the shop throws at it. It was a pleasure to be back working with a familiar face!

From layers of old flooring to a show-stopping finish ✨

This new bar in Hermann definitely didn’t start as “bare concrete.” We had to deal with existing ceramic tile and multiple old flooring layers before we could even begin building the new system. After extensive surface prep, we poured Ardex V 1300, topped it with Ardex SD-M, then brought it to life with an acetone stain and sealed it with Sherwin-Williams Rexthane for a durable, high-gloss finish built for heavy foot traffic and late nights 🍻

Now the space has a seamless hand troweled floor that completely transforms the room and fits the vibe of a downtown Hermann bar perfectly.

🔥 Another one in the books for the Jefferson City Fire Department 🔥

This space got a full transformation. We started by grinding off carpet glue, then brought the concrete back to life with a polish up to 800 grit for a durable, easy-to-maintain finish.

To finish it off, we acetone-dyed the department logo and motto directly into the concrete—a permanent, one-of-a-kind feature that won’t p*el or fade—and installed a 6” rubber cove base for a clean, seamless look around the entire room.

Grind & Seal transformation complete 💪✨

This slab had 15+ years of paint booth overspray, so this one was all about proper prep and long-term performance. We mechanically ground the entire floor starting with 30-grit and working up through 100-grit to fully remove buildup and open the concrete.

All joints and cracks were treated, then we installed a 100% solids epoxy primer (UVE) from Sherwin-Williams, followed by a Sherwin-Williams Rexthane urethane topcoat for durability, chemical resistance, and easier maintenance 🛠️🧱

The result is a clean, sealed concrete floor that’s built for industrial use — not just good looks. This is what doing it the right way looks like 👊

Polished concrete looks great in offices and showrooms — but in a bathroom? Yeah… not so much.
