Meet the Team Behind R&R Outdoor Services LLC

Hey Lino Lakes and surrounding areas! I’m Ryan Trettel, I own and operate R&R Outdoor Services LLC right here in Lino Lakes, MN

I was born and raised here, driven by curiosity, creativity, and a serious work ethic. From fixing up cars to building with wood, I’ve always loved figuring out how things work (any other How It’s Made fans out there?).

I graduated college from University Wisconsin River Falls in 2021 with a degree in agriculture business. During the summer of my college years, I did landscape work for family and friends. After I graduated, I got a job with a heavy machinery company and worked there for just over 3 years. While I had a full-time job, I was still doing landscaping, excavation and other property maintenance items part time. My experiences before the business have taught me communication, trust, and honesty will create practical yet stunning solutions.

Our very first job? Shoveling out trap rock around a customer's house. It is not about the money – but seeing customers happy with the ending solution.

Today, R&R Outdoor Services LLC is a skilled local team taking on tough jobs with creativity, integrity, and hometown pride. While we still shovel rock here and there, we have proudly expanded our services to:
