Molin is proud to be a part of this project in Lino Lakes and to be Level One Certified in the CHASE Program through Associated General Contractors of Minnesota and MNOSHA!

Congratulations to RJM Construction on their latest CHASE Cooperative Compliance Partnership (CCP) Project (formerly "Level 3 Project") at Lino Lakes Public Works! This project consists of the demolition of an existing public works building and constructing a new 90,000 SF public works facility. The building consist of precast walls sitting on poured in place foundation footings.

The following CHASE participants are subcontractors on the project:
Northland Concrete & Masonry (Concrete)
Molin Concrete Products (Precast)
Grazzini Brothers & Company (Tiling)
Muska Companies (Mechanical)
Minnesota Utilities & Excavating (Earthwork)
Park Construction Company (Asphalt)

The Construction Health And Safety Excellence (CHASE) program began in 2003 as a partnership between Minnesota OSHA and AGC of Minnesota. Over 20 years later, it is the longest running partnership with MNOSHA, and is a voluntary program for AGC contractor members to participate in and demonstrate implementation of effective safety and health programs. The program consists of 3 tiers: Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Each tier of the program increases contractors’ commitment to safety, and contractors participating in the program have access to various program benefits.
