800 sqft apartment we finished over a shop. This thing is 14x60 but feels huge. 9ft wide sliding entry door.Tons of cabinet and countertop space with custom alder cabinets. Bathroom has some awesome wood look tile and natural stone for the surround. Nice size bedroom and walk in closet

Just finishing up this 1300sqft 3/2. Simple floor with open living area. Custom cabinets, granite tops, covered entry.. definetly feels roomy when you walk through the door.

We are doing new home construction to fit your needs. This project took about 10 weeks to complete.

Take a minute and look at these awesome projects completed by students at some local highschools. It's nice to see some interest in skilled trades coming back to the schools.

Gavin Tripp, a senior at BLHS, is our first student to submit a personal project to the KC Made competition!

Gavin has been a part of the Industrial Arts program for 4 years, and he was a member of the inaugural Geometry in Construction course. The past 2 years, he has been a CareCat in the Production Methods class, mentoring students in the program.

We added about 1000 sqft of garage and 600sqft of living space, plus remodeled the existing home. All new plumbing, electrical, hvac, siding ,roof, opened up the main level. Now just need some good weather to finish up driveway and sidwalks

Removed the old deck and poured a nice stamped concrete stoop, 6x6 cedar post and new siding
