Its an honor and privilege to be a part of this project! I remember from my early childhood shooting trap on these ranges with my family and it’s bittersweet watching them go. But the improvements were severely needed especially for all the high school teams that compete there. Neil Mittelberg put together an exceptional team and I can’t thank him and the Izaak Walton League community enough for including me. Huge shout out to Paul Jenkins for taking all the great shots with his drone and putting the video together!!

Basement dug for concrete to be poured on a new addition.

Installation of a Waterloo Biofilter shed for one of my favorite customers. This goes down and as the tightest area we ever installed a septic. Normally we have many feet to work with and no obstacles. This one was down to inches. We even had to crush the old tank that was buried beneath the deck without dismantling any of the deck.

We recently completed reconditioning of a pond that was not holding water. It started last October by removing part of the dam to allow the pond to drain and dry out. Then it was stripped down to target depth. Afterward we robbed high quality clay soil from a nearby hill and spread it out while packing it in with sheep’s foot. Lastly we restored the dam and the area we robbed the clay to original condition with minimal impact to surrounding area.

I don’t think this house could of been any closer and next to a business. Definitely had to take it slow and tear it down inch by inch. Now the fun part of loading and hauling it out so the business can expand!

It’s been a busy week but we got the house down, hauled away, and lot reclaimed. It was bitter sweet for the customer who had many memories and a fondness for the house which was constructed in 1906. Unfortunately there was a fire and the house couldn’t be renovated. She is such a great person and our hearts go out to her. Additionally, Burning Autumn Tree Service was on site to take down a couple trees and some massive 100+ year old oak tree branches.
