The Plaster Masters are looking to hire 1-2 full time PLASTERERS $22-$28 (depending on experience)
(4-10 hour work days M-TH 6:15-4:15)
Job responsibities:
-Would prefer experience! Must be able to walk on low/medium/ high stilts to plaster ceilings and walls
-Prep jobs (floor covering, window and door covering, carrying material, etc), mixing plaster (must be able to lift 40lb-75lb buckets), cleaning of job site once project is complete. Employee will be working on remodel jobs/new construction/residential and commercial. Mostly interior work with occasional exterior work (weather permitting)Work with 1-6 other employees daily.
Job benefits:
-Pay range $22-$28 (Paid weekly)
-(4)10 hour days M-TH 6:15-4:15 (3 DAY WEEKENDS EVERY WEEK)
-Paid 15 minute break and 30 minute break each day.
-Paid holidays
-Meet at home base in Little Chute each morning and afternoon, and paid FULL wages to and from jobsite.
-Mostly all local work, and you will be back at the shop by about 4:15 every day
-Out of town work is minimal each year (hotel and per diem will be provided by The Plaster Masters)
-Uniforms will be provided by The Plaster Masters: Employee pays $5-7 per week (deducted from payroll) for laundry service,
(The Plaster Masters cover another $15-$20)
-Benefits after 3 months:
-Up to 2 weeks paid vacation (80 hours)
-Up to $50 supplemental insurance (reimbursed monthly)
-Holiday bonuses

It’s official!
It’s with sincere thankfulness that I can say my Dad, Jim Boegh, is officially retired as of today!
(33 years as The Plaster Master and 18+ years working for his dad)

There are so many stories that have come out of his journey as a hard working man and a business owner and now he can sit down to really reflect upon them. I feel very fortunate that we were together to experience many of them. The successes, the struggles, the laughs and the frustrations...I could never list them all but I can tell you that I am beyond thankful and proud of this man. My father.

I can remember coming home from my graduation ceremony at NWTC after receiving my degree in architecture and telling him and my mom that I’d like to try to follow in his footsteps-after all, not too many people have the opportunity to work side by side with their dad! They probably thought I was a bit goofy, but 20+ years later...here we are. We made it!

Most of you who know him know that he is a handshake, hand-written check, hand-written estimate, give you the shirt off his back, dedicated, hard working, “old school” type of guy. When I would try to change a few different things along the way he would almost always give me a smile and say, “That will be for when you take over, son.”

If you know him, you also know how kind and giving he always is. It can be a struggle for him to accept help from others, even from me. He’s always saying, “Nope, I got it. You just go take care of your stuff, son.” Now I get to say, “I got this, Pops... you go take care of your golf swing!”

Thank you to all of you that have supported him throughout the years. I look forward to carrying on the same quality and traits that he taught me along the way-with a few minor “when you take over, son” changes 😀. I’m looking forward to the future but I’ll always be very thankful for the past and having the opportunity to work along side my Dad.
