We helped this customer referral diagnose his dead valley today in Coppell, TX. This IKO Dynasty System has been leaking since the addition of the pergola, over 1 year. They have done multiple water tests with no rusults other than water entering the home. My first instinct was that it was tied in poorly. And upon removing the first awkardly raised shingle directly above the problem area we could immediatly see the problem and diagnose the fix.

**Lewisville Roof Worker Dies Following Friday Electrocution**

Lewisville- A man working on a roof in the 400 block of E. Church Street was electrocuted at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Friday after making contact with an unknown electrical source. The medical examiners office has identified the man as Josue Vaxquez, 25. Our condolences to his family and friends.

Lewisville Fire officials immediately began CPR on the roof before lowering the victim to the ground, where they continued resuscitation efforts and applied a defibrillator.

Mr. Vaxquez was transported to Medical City Lewisville, where he was pronounced deceased. An investigation into the exact cause of the electrical contact is ongoing.
