This stone was found by our young son back in 2011... He was just learning letters then, and was so proud to show me this "k" rock he discovered in the creek bed in our Gorge, that is along our trail up into the mine! I thought these markings were very unusual 🤔 What do you think? ✨💎✨

Yesterday we hosted the Boston Gem & Mineral Club!
Our day started off bright and crisp! Our first real frost blanketed our Mohawk Valley ❄️🍂⚒️🍂❄️
Members were prepared to take on the mountain and the day, And a beautiful day was had ✨💎✨
