The Bentonville pool pavilion is really starting to take shape.

Interior finishes are nearing completion, with beautiful white oak louvered cabinetry installed alongside the tile floors. Exterior paver installation is wrapping up this week.

Next up are the concrete countertops and custom Delta Millwork cedar siding, which will bring even more warmth, texture, and character to the space.

A lot of attention to detail has gone into this project, and we’re looking forward to seeing it all come together.

* White Oak Flooring Complete
* MEP trim out Underway
* Site Concrete: Flatwork and final exterior details are in progress

The details are starting to come together for our Downtown Rogers custom house.

This week we installed the custom cabinetry. A timeless combination of stained white oak and painted hard maple brings warmth, texture, and clean lines to the heart of the home.

Every site has a story. This one had hidden concrete and utilities.
Major milestone unlocked on the pool pavilion! We hit some unexpected hurdles below the dirt, running into unknown underground utilities and buried old concrete slabs.
Our team adapted, cleared the site, wrapped up the rough-ins, poured the footings, set the columns, and just placed the new slab. The foundation is officially locked in. Time to frame.

The exterior on our Little Flock custom build is really starting to come together. The brick is painted, rough grading is underway, the stain on the Douglas fir starts next week, and the curb appeal is taking shape. But the real treat is inside, getting the first glimpse of the white oak finishes and it’s stunning. Stay tuned, this one’s going to be gorgeous!

Floor systems are the backbone of a home’s long-term quality, yet they’re often overlooked. We refuse to build to “minimum standards.” That’s why we exclusively use Open Web Wood Floor Trusses in our custom homes over traditional BCI or I-joists.
