- Every service to your property will include mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to the HIGHEST and most ELITE standard, every inch of your personal estate will be meticulously gone over, time IS NOT a factor in our work. Numbers are important in this industry, but we can assure you, you will NEVER be treated as a number at Live Oak, you will be treated as part of our family, quality will ALWAYS be superior to quantity.
- As residents of Little River, we understand that many of our fellow neighbors don’t always live here year round, if you have a vacation home in the surrounding area, we can most assuredly provide services to your property as well. Also, if you have a rental/s, we would be happy to take special care, and keep a sharp eye on what’s going on at your property too. If you’re a realtor or manage multiple rental properties, feel free to contact us, we will do our very best to accommodate everyone.
- As long as Mother Nature allows us, we will do our absolute best to keep you on schedule at all times, but will NEVER sacrifice the sanctity of a beautiful lawn just to “get it done”. We also understand things happen, and if you should ever need to change or add a service due to an unforeseen circumstance, such as a last minute weekend/holiday party, or special gathering, please DO NOT hesitate to call, we will do our absolute BEST to accommodate you.
- At Live Oak we recommend a weekly service, but are more than willing to provide a bi-weekly, or any other period of time between services you might be looking for.
- At Live Oak we want to limit our range of services, so we can focus solely on making your lawn look amazing year round, but with over a decade in the landscape industry, we have become experts at basically anything landscaping. If your property ever needs some TLC we will happily give you an estimate for mulching, River rock, trimming bushes, trimming trees, and installing new plants/flowers! We can even offer small retaining walls, and landscape lighting! When the fall comes around, we can also do aerating and over-seeding!
- In the spirit of ALWAYS wanting to keep your turf top notch, if we encounter a landscape job that is too time consuming for us, we will HAPPILY provide you with another local landscape company that will provide EXACTLY what you’re looking for. We’re all apart of this community, and we want to keep it beautiful at all costs, feel free to ask us for a company name to provide you with whatever service you might need, from fencing, concrete, asphalt, electric, HVAC or any other trades!
- Our pricing at Live Oak will ALWAYS be competitive, but our professionalism while servicing your property, and our ELITE customer service will be second to none. You will always receive the HIGHEST quality of work and respect.
- We encourage you to sign a yearly contract with us, in which you would receive a monthly billing statement, if you would like do to so, please ask for specifics dealing with this matter. We also do month by month billing, which requires a signed written document insuring payment until we form a close relationship with one another. If you choose, we can send you a detailed billing statement of services rendered, right after we finish your property. Last but not least, you can also pay upon completion of a service, before we even leave your home.
- We accept many different forms of payment, including, but not limited to, Cash, Check, or Credit Card. Credit card payments will include a (x)% processing fee. For our yearly and monthly customers we encourage you to sign up for Auto-Pay, where we will have your credit card on file, and bill you every month. Please feel safe in knowing that your information is protected by the highest quality internet security.
- We will also be giving special incentives to our WONDERFUL customers that refer their family, friends or neighbors. Word of mouth is by far the best advertisement in this industry, and we aim to give EVERYONE the best experience possible. We measure our success on the amount of returning customers, and referrals we receive!
- We here at Live Oak love sharing our beautiful work on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms so current and future customers can see how much hard work and pride goes into it! We will always try to be very active on social media, so if you ever see us using a camera, drone, or even a go pro on your property, it’s only so we can share our work and your beautiful home with everyone we can reach!
