The South Main Parks Project for the City of Searcy is more than halfway through, and we couldn't be more excited to share the progress across each jobsite. These projects are not just about constructing new facilities; it’s about creating spaces where memories are made. From the Searcy Sports Complex and the recently poured Outdoor Water Park to the hub of it all, the Community Center, each site is soon to become more than just a place to visit, it’s a second home for the people of Searcy.

ICubedR combines technical precision and beautiful aesthetics. This demanded thoughtful planning. Throughout construction the CDI project team lead by Senior Superintendent Jessica Hollinsworth, embraced Lean principles and leveraged Touchplan to boost collaboration and coordination, ensuring the project was delivered on time with enhanced workflows.

“Touchplan helped us build the project, but it also helped us build a better team. It gave us the structure to lead and the space to learn. That’s a big deal.” Said Hollinsworth.

The success of the I³R not only reinforced our Lean culture at CDI but showcased the power of innovative planning in managing complex construction challenges.

CDI’s upcoming project for the University of Arkansas's System Division of Agriculture, Center of Excellence for Food Science and Innovation has received $5 million from the state!

The Center will feature specialized laboratories that will drive forward food science research. Which will enhance educational opportunities for students but also contribute to opening new markets for Arkansas and supporting economic growth throughout the state.
