We are looking for an Asphalt Paving Crew Member—All Skill Levels
Join our dedicated team and contribute to building and maintaining critical infrastructure in our community. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to perform general labor duties and operate equipment for our asphalt paving projects. Both experienced asphalt workers and motivated individuals with construction experience are encouraged to apply.
What you will do:
Assist with all aspects of the asphalt paving process, from site preparation to cleanup.
Operate hand tools like rakes and lutes to spread and smooth asphalt.
Support equipment operators by performing tasks such as shoveling and compacting materials.
Work as a team to safely and efficiently complete projects, including roads, parking lots, and driveways.
Adhere to all company safety protocols and traffic control procedures.

Requirements:
A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (DL not always required).
