As lead man, Chris has really leaned into his role — giving solid direction, keeping the crew moving, and mastering the art of looking busy at all times 😅

He’s been putting in good work all month, with just the occasional step away to “check on things” 🌬️🚬

We also had his son Carson stop by, and it didn’t take long to notice… that kid could probably outwork Chris on a full shift if we gave him the chance 😂

All jokes aside, we appreciate you, Chris. Well deserved 👏

Huge THANK YOU to all of our customers for the patience, trust, encouragement, and the occasional hot coffee runs ☕️❄️ — they did not go unnoticed.

Since last Friday night, our crew has been grinding through 12–16 hour days, pushing snow, fighting ice, running on fumes, and still showing up ready to work. No shortcuts, no complaining — just putting their heads down and getting it done the right way.

This kind of work doesn’t happen without solid people, and we’re proud of the crew that showed up and answered the call:

Snow (or a winter mix) is looking more likely for Monday night.

Models seem to be in agreement that we will at least see something on Monday evening and into early Tuesday.

I’m comfortable in relaying that message, but specifics are still unknown.

Current data is COLD, so accumulation of frozen precipitation is possible. Mainly in the north half of the state.

I’ll have continued updates on this through the next few days.

We could also see some snowflakes mix with rain on Saturday across north Arkansas.

Most of us just get a cold rain though.
